Refund policy

As flowers are a perishable item, they cannot be returned once they have been delivered. However, if there is a problem with your order , please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can resolve any issues that may arise.

Substitution policy
At times there may be some variation in supply of product available. In this case substitutions of flower types or vase style may occur in keeping with the overall style of the arrangement ordered.
